The beans used in this varietal are rare and grow nearly wild in the rich volcanic soils of Mt. Atitlan, in Guatemala. Vashon’s Sister City coffee is one of the most requested coffees at the Roasterie because of its outstanding flavor. A rich red color with a spicy-sharp aroma and warm heart, like the people who grow it. We add a handful of this world-class Heirloom®Coffee to every one of our blends. Makes a fabulous pot of drip coffee, or try it as an unusual espresso shot and savor this special coffee.
